The Training and Placement Cell of the group is very scrupulous in terms of connectivity with Companies worldwide and works assiduously for the training and placement of the students. The best part of the placements at the group is that every student is encouraged to appear in as many interviews as they wish unless they succeed.

Several leading companies from all sectors are invited by the Placement Cell in the campus at regular intervals, where the students are aided to go through the entire selection process. Students are encouraged to pursue internship at reputed Organisations to enable them gain hands on practical & Industrial experience IES Group has tied up with several Companies which provide internship. Most of the students who undergo internship are subsequently absorbed as regular employees by the Company.

IES College of Technology has entered into Tie-Ups for colaborative working with several professional bodies and other organisations.

These Tie-Ups facilate student and faculty exachange programs for learning and sharing.

Our career Development Centre and Departmental heads interact with the companies to understand their specific requirements. Based on the specific requirements training calender is drawn to bridge the Industry Academia gap.

Technical Trainings on general topics such as AWS, Python, C++ Programming etc is regularly given to students. In Addition Company specific tranings are also provided  to prepare the students to appear and qualify in the examinations of companies of the their choice.

National Level Competitions

IES College of Technology encourages and motivates the students to participate in National Level competitions, coding challenges, hackathon etc.

These competitons instil competitive sprit amongst the students to excel at national level. The competitions also enable the students to assess their strenghs and weakness. Having appeared in the competitions students are motivated to strengthen their strengths and work upon thier weakness and convert them to strengths.
