1. IES University commemorated the historic sacrifices that led India to be a sovereign, socialistic, secular, democratic, republic. IES College of technology commemorated this 73rd Republic Day with the ceremonial flag hoisting by Chief Guest Er B S Yadav sir, followed by the rendition of our National Anthem. The event was replete with patriotic speeches, poems, songs and dance presentation. It was attended by Dr Ajay Kumar, Senior educators, faculties, IES staff and University students. A tree plantation drive was also held in keeping with the environment conservation policy at the Gold Rated IES Green Campus. This wholesome event fostered the spirit of nationalism which IES University considers an integral part of our Indian education system.

IES College of Technology Organized Expert Lecturer On" Pitching for Ideas Scouted & Linkage for Mentorship Support" students gained valuable insights into effective pitching techniques and the importance of mentorship in nurturing innovative ideas. The session provided a platform for aspiring entrepreneurs to refine their pitching skills and learn how to secure mentorship support for their ventures.
4. IES College of Technology, Bhopal, signed MoUs with ASSOCHAM GEM Green Building Council. The Green Initiative GEM (Green and Eco-friendly Movement) has been created for executing the “GEM Sustainability based Program" to complement India’s Sustainability Movement and to promote environment friendly green building design and construction. Er. B S Yadav, and Mr. Neeraj Arora, Sr. Director & Head ASSOCHAM GEM Green Building Certification Program signed the MoU . IES Campus is a Gold rated, Green Campus and these MoUs will further sustainability oriented design-thinking amongst IESians.
5. IES College of Technology recently organized an insightful seminar on Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) technologies. Students were introduced to the latest advancements, applications, and potential impact of AR and VR in various industries. The seminar provided a platform for participants to explore immersive experiences and understand the significance of these technologies in education, healthcare, gaming, and beyond. We extend our gratitude to the speakers and participants for their active engagement, making the seminar a resounding success.
6. IES College of Technology faculties are forging ahead in R&D, with publication of 15 Indian patents, 23 SCI Research papers in reputed journals, and also one book during the month of April-May, 2022.
7. IES college of technology in association with Institutions innovation council organized “ Conversion of Innovation into start up- value Proposition fit & business fit” by guest speaker Mr.DInesh Israni, Consultant, ISBM University, Chhattisgarh.
8. Students of B.Tech, Mechanical Engineering, (7th Sem), IES College of Technology, Bhopal, received the rare distinction of being shortlisted for the Final Dynamic Round in Indian Karting Race 2022 and were selected one among Top 15 out of 120 teams all over India.

SIH2022, Smart India hackathon 2022 a nationwide initiative by Ministry of Education’s Innovation Cell was inaugurated centrally at IES Campus, with the blessings of Shri Dharmendra Pradhanji, Hon'ble Minister of Education; in the presence of Dr C G Sarkarji, Union Minister of State, MoE; Shri Anil Sahasrabuddheji, Chairperson, AICTE, and Shri Abhay Jere, Chief Innovation Officer, at IES College of Technology Bhopal. ICOT is among the 75 Nodal Centers for the Software Edition. Eminent guests present at campus for the Local Inauguration of the Miscellaneous Category of SIH were: Chief Guest, Dr. Mohan Yadav, Minister Higher Education; Guest of Honour, Dr. C S Verma, CRO, AICTE, Central Region, Bhopal; Shri Srikant Sangludkar, Infosys, Nodal Officer SIH-2022 along with Er.B S Yadav sir.
10. Students of IES college Of Technology won medals in "RGPV Nodal Archery Competition". Students Nikita Verma & Nikita Mewada won Gold medal & Silver medal respectively while student Amisha won bronze medal. This victory remains solitary gladly seeing your diligent work and devotion.
