1. IES College of Technology successfully organized a one-week teacher training programme on Data Analytics using Python programming at our campus. The programme provided educators with comprehensive insights into data analysis techniques and Python programming essentials. Teachers delved into hands-on exercises, case studies, and practical applications, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to impart quality education in this rapidly evolving field. We extend our appreciation to all teachers for their active involvement and commitment to enhancing their teaching capabilities.

2. IES college of technology organised HR Conclave on the theme Industry 4.0 under TEQIP III. The first day of the Conclave had as Guest of Honor- Mr. Rajive Kumar - Member Secretary and Mr. Amit Dutta- Deputy Director- AICTE. The experts from the Industry included Mr.Rupesh Sizaria- Project Manager,TCS; Mr. Lavanam Amballa- National Head - Campus Hiring Talent Acquisition- Wipro and Mr. Manav Prasad- Head HR- Recruitment & People Development -Tavisca Solutions Pvt.Ltd. The speakers shed light upon the new age technologies and how they are affecting a changing work style. They told about the various skill sets which the HR will be looking in the future employee. They said an industry ready employee who works on keeping himself relevant would be preferred by the employers. They also advised the students to keep on learning new technologies. They also emphasised on learning by doing.
3. Entrepreneurship Awareness Training: IES College of Technology organised 3 days Entrepreneurship Awareness Training sponsored by NIMAT under the aegis of NSTEDB, Dept. Of Science & Technology, Govt. of India. Invited Guests for the sessions were Shri Vinay Sharma- State Coordinator- Entrepreneurship Cell M.P., Bhopal; Shri Anupam Anuja, founding partner of First Thought Ventures talked about the various stages of a startup, opportunities in different sectors and governments aids. Student queries about the subject were answered by them.
4. On the occasion of Road safety week 2020, More than 100 students from IES along with traffic police organised a rally at Roshanpura square. Students showed placards with safety slogans,presented roses to those driving with helmets and seatbelts on. Police officers Shri Abhya Khare, Shri Parihar joined students' rally and appealed all to follow traffic rules.
5. IES College of Technology organized A Faculty Development Programme on Student Induction under UHV-1 designed by AICTE and presented in association with RGPV from 09/01/2020 to 11/01/2020. Shri P. Narhari - Commissioner Public Relations, Government of M.P. was the Chief Guest for the programme. He talked about the importance of teachers and how teachers play an important role in shaping the life of a student. He emphasised that teachers should also keep upgrading themselves so that the students look up to them always. Dr. Abhay Wankhede- State Academic Coordinator- AICTE- FDP was the Keynote speaker and Mr. Ghanshyam Mishra was guest speaker for the first day of the programme. They talked about the expectation of new students and what the institution and the faculty can do to bridge the gap. The session also included a group discussion and screening of an Educational Film. Many faculties from prominent institutions from and around Bhopal attended the session
6. Expert lecture on Structural Design was given by Er. Vikram Soni- a practicing structural engineer. He explained to the students practical use of stress strain curve in designing of any steel structure as well as RCC structure and also focused on how to make buildings more economical from design perspective. He motivated students to learn n practice on latest softwares for designing high rise buildings and other structures. He also answered various student queries.
7. IES Family dipped in to colourful rainbow of Happiness flavoured with Positivity at IES Campus. Students at IES college of technology organised "Holi Celebration" on 9th March 2020, where they sparkled the colour of Love, Unity, Gratitude and respect on each other.

9. IES Celebrates National Sunglasses Day On the National Sunglasses Day, IESians are teaching people the importance of wearing Sunglasses for protecting their eyes from the harmful UV Rays. So, get your pair of shades out and Support the cause of protecting your eyes by wearing them on the National Sunglasses Day !

Guest Speakers:- Prof. Sunil Kumar Gupta, Vice Chancellor R.G.P.V. Bhopal (Chief Guest), Dr. Neminath Hubballi (Associate Professor, IIT Indore), Dr. Irshad Ahmad Ansari, (Asst. Professor, IIITDM Jabalpur) and Industry Expert Mr. Hemraj Singh Chouhan, (Certified ethical hacker from IIT, Bombay & Red Hat certified Instructor & Architect, Corporate trainer at IIT Kharagpur, Nokia, Ericsson, Jio) . The speakers shed light upon the new age technologies and how they are effecting a changing work style, in the current times of increased global data flows, understanding cyber security and data protection becomes critical to harmonize the operations and build trust for Indian industries and government entities.
11. IES College of Technology organized Online Faculty Development Program on “Recent Developments and Limitations of 5 G Technology In Association with RGPV under TEQIP- III. Honorable Shri Mahesh Shukla, Chief General Manager, BSNL - Chief Guest and Dr.S. C. Choube, Coordinator-TEQIP-III, RGPV - Guest of Honour, inaugurated the online FDP.
